Every VellureGallery piece is made to order specifically for you, which means I don't accept general returns or exchanges. I know that's a big purchase to make with confidence, so here's my promise to you:
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, I will make it right — every time.
If your order arrives damaged, or there's a defect from my workshop, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No hassle.
How to report an issue:

Before you order: Because pieces are made to order, I want you to buy with total confidence. If you have any questions about size, finish, color, or how a piece will look on your wall, please message me first — I'll help you choose the perfect one.
Custom and personalized orders follow the same policy: covered for damage and defects.
