Frequently Asked Questions

Do you drop ship your products?
No, we don't. All of our products are handmade in Brooklyn, New York by the VellureGallery team — the design, woodworking, and final assembly are all done in-house with a focus on quality and detail. You may come across imitation products online; these are not affiliated with us and don't reflect the standards or care behind our original pieces.
Where is VellureGallery based?

I saw a similar piece for sale elsewhere, is it the same product?
Our designs are created exclusively by the VellureGallery team and are only available through our official store. Unfortunately, our designs have been imitated by unlicensed manufacturers — none of these copies reflect the quality, materials, or craftsmanship that define our products. If you come across a similar-looking piece, especially one mass-produced overseas, it is not affiliated with us in any way.

We take great care in packaging every piece, but if yours arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.

We operate exclusively online and do not have a public storefront. Our workshop is located near 68 Jay Street in Brooklyn, New York.
Does it come assembled and ready to hang?
Partial assembly is required; all necessary hardware is included.
