Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order, by hand.

 

Because each VellureGallery piece is built and finished by hand, production time depends on the finish you choose:

 

Natural (unstained) pieces: ready to ship in approximately 5 business days.

Stained pieces: ready to ship in approximately 2–3 weeks, since staining and finishing is done by hand and needs time to cure properly.

 

Once your piece ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

 

Where we ship: We ship across the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your piece.

 

International orders: Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

A note on care: Every piece is carefully packed to arrive safely. If anything looks off when it arrives, contact me right away (see our Return and refund policy) — I've got you covered.
